Boards
Boards are a feature designed to display a project’s overview comprehensively, containing various sources of information. Therefore, everyone within a division can simultaneously view the project board and engage in various activities within the feature. There is no limit to the number of boards that can be created since the application is open source.
Lists
Lists serve as a medium or container for cards to organize project requirements, making them easily readable for every user. The default lists used in Trello are To-Do (tasks to be done), Doing (tasks in progress), and Done (tasks completed). Additionally, within a list, cards can be moved from Doing to Done when tasks or activities are completed.
