Information Technology Project Management Lab Work 5
Progress Bar
The Progress Bar is a feature in Project where it functions to calculate the number of completed work, activities, or tasks. For example, in a task, the Database Architecture process has reached 80% completion. The data of the completed task can be inputted into the relevant task using the Progress Bar feature.
Actual Work
Actual Work is a feature in Project that functions almost similarly to the Progress Bar, but with the note that Actual Work is adjusted based on the percentage of completion supported by actual data. For example, in the task of Database Architecture, we know that the task has reached 80% completion, but when further calculated with the actual data, it turns out that the task’s completion is only 75%. This means that Actual Work is used to correct and detail the actual task activity calculations from the Progress Bar.
