Team Planner

Team Planner is a feature in Microsoft Project that functions to organize team work (Human Resources) that has been previously entered in the Resource Sheet. Additionally, Team Planner will generate an analysis of resource usage, which can be analyzed graphically to determine whether the resources are experiencing cost increases (overallocated) or are in line with the available resources.

Team Planner is also used to allocate and organize the job responsibilities of each employee involved in the project, such as programmers responsible for coding and designers tasked with designing a product. By dividing these job responsibilities, it is hoped that in project management, each team has its own tasks in executing the project, making it easier to organize and carry out the project.

In real-world cases, with the presence of Team Planner, a project can significantly impact its success. A project with good team management is more likely to be successful compared to a project that does not implement team management for each of its job responsibilities.
