Resource Graph
Resource Graph is a feature in Microsoft Project that functions to visualize the daily resource usage in a bar chart. It can also indicate resource overloads. In addition to viewing resource usage, its other function is to analyze the resources used in project management. Resource Graph is a facility provided to display reports in a graphical form, similar to other worksheets in Microsoft Project.
Resource Graph has several display branches, including those provided by Microsoft Project:
Peak Units
Used to determine the capacity of resource usage, from the total available resources.
Work
Used to determine the working hours used by each resource.
Comulative Work
Used to determine the cumulative or overall working hours used by each resource.
Overallocation
Used to identify instances of resource overuse.
Parcent Allocation
Used to determine the percentage of resource usage from the total available resources.
Remaining Availlability
Used to determine the remaining available resources after usage.
Cost
Used to determine the cost (in chart form) for each resource.
Cumulative Cost
Used to determine the cumulative or overall cost incurred by each resource.
Work Availability
Used to determine the capacity of working hours available for the provided resources.
Unit Availability
Used to determine the capacity of resource usage provided.
Resource Form
Resource Form is a feature in Microsoft Project that serves to obtain detailed reports on existing resources. The form can also be used to enter delay times and details for the resource. The Resource Form is a view for entering, modifying, and reviewing data for one resource at a time. The Resource Name Form is a simplified version of the Resource Form.
