Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)
Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is a statistical technique used to test differences in means among more than two sample groups. ANOVA is actually divided into several types, including one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, and three-way ANOVA. This session will focus solely on one-way ANOVA. The ANOVA technique is also used in experimental data analysis to examine the effects of one or multiple factors (independent variables) on a response variable (dependent variable).
